Sebastian was a handsome little boy, so full of life, joy and enthusiasm. His life was cut short when he was just 3.5 years old by his father who shot him to death before taking his own life. This blog is not only a small tribute to my little boy’s memory, but also a vital part of my healing journey. I can only hope and pray that, by sharing my story, I can in some way inspire and help others on their personal healing journeys. Please know that you are not alone. Pain and loss are a natural part of our experiences here on earth that are meant to help us grow. It is up to us how we choose to deal with the occurrences that life brings us. Some people can choose to give up while others might choose to bring some light into the darkness.  I can only hope that you will allow me to bring some light and understanding into your own darkness.  With blessings, light and love,  Urszula
